Just a little update to let you know whats going on at the Thomas household. We all had a great Christmas and loads of snow, as I guess did the rest of the country. Got a new bike in order to continue with the weight loss - see my picture! Aboslutely love the bike and bought it from a really great bike company in Hereford called Climb on Bikes - of your looking for a bike then go an speak to them.
Had a great time at the weekend with Mark Riley, we went Snowshill and did about 12 miles. Came off for the first time in my life, which was quite funny, although very, very muddy. Looking forward to going to centerParcs this weekend, and a little more cycling.
Also main event that happened in the past few days - Quentin joing a Gym!! yes thats right - the Lygon Arms in Broadway. So now its cycling, gym, swim and steam room for me! Gotta get in shape for the Hell of the north cotswolds (HONC) Mark has entered me into this, so it gives me a target to aim for!
